The new night club Rok at New York-New-York hotel/casino is attracting hot rising stars. Last Friday Jasmine Dustin, a long-legged lovely with a Disney OK rating, stepped into the club and made the rounds on the dance floor with some friends. Dustin was celebrating her guest appearance in NBC's "Knight Rider." At the club, Dustin spotted something familiar, herself. She is one of the models on the lenticular images above the bar inside Rok.
Dustin's credits include a spot on Disney's "Wizards of Waverly Place," starring Selena Gomez, and Dustin will co-star with Adam Sandler and Courteney Cox in this winter's "Bedtime Stories."
The following weekend Rok welcomed two star guests, Aundrea Fimbres from Danity Kane and new York Giants Hall of Famer Lawrence "L.T." Taylor, who was there with a group of excited friends.
Fimbres danced to the tunes at this new nightclub at New York-New York hotel/casino that is quickly climbing up the hot spot list with A-listers. Rok is a cavernous club known for its DJs and dance tunes.
Cast Gets Big Welcome
In early October, Tao opened its doors to actors Julie Benz and C.S. Lee from Showtime's "Dexter" to celebrate the premiere of their third season of the hit show. After posing for photographers and fans on the red carpet, Benz, Lee and a group of friends started off at TAO Asian Bistro, where they dined on a few signature dishes sent out personally by the chef. Joining the group was actor Jonathan Sadowski, ("Live Free or Die Hard" and "She's the Man.") In the club, the "Dexter" cast continued the celebration at their dance floor table where they boogied to the beats of DJ Vice. Also spotted in the nightclub was "The Office" actor John Krasinski.

Also at Tao that weekend "The Hills" star Lauren "Lo" Bosworth was reveling in the spotlight as she celebrated her 22nd birthday at Tao Las Vegas.
Bosworth arrived wearing a stunning blue dress from Whitney Port's Eve & A clothing line. After posing for photos on the red carpet, Bosworth headed to the restaurant to join her near dozen friends, including fellow "The Hills" star Lauren Conrad. The group dined on TAO signature dishes Kobe beef, Chilean sea bass and Buddha chicken. Following dinner, the restaurant surprised Lo with a special pink cake that said "Happy Birthday Loey! Welcome to No Sleeplandia!" Hmmm. A reference to her late nights studying the scripts for her "reality" show?
Bosworth continued her birthday celebration upstairs in the nightclub where she had a VIP table on the dance floor. Bosworth, Conrad and crew danced the night away to the beats of DJ Reach. Conrad especially enjoyed Bon Jovi's "Livin' On A Prayer," movin' and groovin' like a true fan. Bosworth and Conrad showed their genuine affection for fans and took photos with clubbers on the dance floor.
Also at TAO was celebrity blogger Perez Hilton having dinner with friends. He returned later in the evening to the nightclub and stopped by Bosworth and Conrad's table to give a quick hello and a peck on the cheek.
Tao's Been Sizzling
Ashley Olsen made a surprise visit, at least to fans and photographers, to Tao Beach in late September. The twiggy twin dined and danced with boyfriend Justin Bartha (you may remember him from "National Treasure"), arriving at noon and snacking on specialties inside their poolside cabana. Olsen has been staying at Caesars Palace while Bartha films "The Hangover" there. The couple also hit Stack at The Mirage early this week for a romantic dinner of silky yellowtail sashimi, black cod miso in lettuce cups and spicy wings. The photographers caught up with them later that night at Jet nightclub, where they were rather cozy on the club's dance floor.
