Luxe Vegas offers fully insured shipping on eligible website purchases. For the security of our customers and the protection of high-value luxury items, all orders are subject to payment verification, billing verification, DocuSign purchase confirmation, and signature requirements before shipment.
A flat insured shipping fee applies to guest checkout orders and customers who are not logged into a Luxe Vegas account at the time of checkout.
Customers who are logged into their Luxe Vegas account at checkout will receive complimentary insured shipping on eligible website purchases.
Complimentary shipping must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively after an order has been placed. Luxe Vegas reserves the right to update shipping fees, shipping methods, or complimentary shipping eligibility at any time.
For security and insurance purposes, Luxe Vegas only ships to the billing address entered at checkout.
We do not ship to alternate addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, PO Boxes, mail receiving locations, or addresses that cannot be verified.
Please make sure your billing address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Orders with unverifiable, incomplete, or mismatched billing information may be delayed, held, or canceled at Luxe Vegas’ discretion.
All Luxe Vegas shipments require a direct signature upon delivery.
The package must be signed for by the billing customer named on the order. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at delivery or pickup.
If the carrier is unable to complete delivery, the customer may be required to pick up the package at an approved carrier location with valid government-issued photo ID.
After checkout and payment are completed, Luxe Vegas will email a DocuSign purchase confirmation agreement to the billing customer’s email address.
The order will not be shipped until the DocuSign agreement has been completed, signed, and received by Luxe Vegas. The signer must match the billing customer on the order.
The DocuSign agreement may confirm the order details, item description, billing information, shipping address, final-sale terms, signature requirement, and customer acknowledgment that the purchase cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged after checkout is completed.
Failure or refusal to complete the required DocuSign agreement may delay shipment. Luxe Vegas reserves the right to hold or cancel an order if the required verification or DocuSign confirmation cannot be completed.
Orders are processed after payment has been verified, billing information has been approved, and the required DocuSign purchase confirmation has been completed and received.
Most eligible orders ship within 1–2 business days after verification is complete. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to payment review, billing verification, DocuSign completion, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of Luxe Vegas’ control.
Before shipment, each item is carefully inspected, verified against the website listing, and securely packed.
For watches, the box, papers, and accessories included with the order will match the product description. For handbags, the included accessories will match the product description.
Failure to accept delivery, refusal of a package, missed delivery attempts, providing an incorrect address, providing an unverifiable billing address, or failing to complete required pickup does not automatically cancel the order.
Any additional shipping, insurance, return-to-sender, storage, re-delivery, or related fees may be the customer’s responsibility.
International customers must contact Luxe Vegas before placing an order to confirm shipping eligibility.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other international charges are the responsibility of the customer. Luxe Vegas is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import review, carrier procedures, or destination-country requirements.
Luxe Vegas is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to NV State addresses.
