All Luxe Vegas purchases are considered final sale once checkout has been completed and payment has been processed. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Although all sales are final, Luxe Vegas may review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. Exchange approval is not guaranteed and must be approved in writing by Luxe Vegas before any item is shipped back.
Approved exchanges may be subject to a 5%–10% restocking fee, depending on the item, order value, payment method, shipping status, and condition upon return. The customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling costs related to an approved exchange.
All items approved for exchange must be returned in the exact same condition as delivered, with all original packaging, boxes, papers, accessories, tags, links, straps, protective stickers, warranty materials, and collateral included. Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, resized, modified, serviced by a third party, or returned incomplete are not eligible for exchange.
Requested items, specially sourced items, promotional final-sale items, and items returned without prior written approval from Luxe Vegas are not eligible for exchange.
Luxe Vegas does not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect model/reference/size selection, market price changes, refused delivery, failed delivery, billing or address issues, delayed DocuSign completion, refusal to sign required purchase confirmation, or third-party opinions after purchase.
Shipping fees, insurance costs, payment processing fees, and related transaction costs are non-refundable.
If a customer has a concern regarding authenticity, the customer must contact Luxe Vegas in writing. Any authenticity claim must be supported by written documentation from an authorized dealer, authorized manufacturer service center, or qualified independent expert acceptable to Luxe Vegas.
